Cinnamon and orange Cocktail Recipes

TBC BOURBON OLD FASHIONED

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

How to make: Stir ingredients in a shaker with (lots of) ice and strain over a large ice cube in a tumbler.

60ml Bourbon

10ml Sugar Syrup

5 pipettes Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

Serve in: Martini Glass

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain (using a strainer and a small sieve) into a martini glass.

45ml London Dry Gin

15ml Fino Sherry

10ml Lemon Juice

7.5ml Sugar Syrup

2 pipettes Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

*Based on the London Calling, invented in Milk & Honey in 2002.

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and serve into ice-filled glass.

60ml St Germain

30ml Lime juice

15ml Chickpea water (instead of egg whites)

2 pipettes Cinnamon and Orange Bitters

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

30ml Vodka

30ml Triple sec

45ml Cranberry Juice

15ml Lime Juice

How to make: Stir with ice, strain and served into chilled martini glass. 

60ml Pisco

10ml Bianco Vermouth

2 pipettes Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded)

How to make:

  • Pour absinthe into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, top with water, and leave to stand.

  • Throw other ingredients with ice and set aside.

  • Strain contents of the old fashioned glass into a shot glass to be served as an optional extra on the side.

  • Strain contents of the shaker into the absinthe rinsed old fashioned glass.

  • Squeeze lemon zest twist over the glass rim, and discard.

10ml Absinthe

70ml Chilled Water

20ml Cognac

20ml Rye whiskey 100 proof / 50% abv

20ml Bourbon whiskey

10ml Sugar Syrup

5 pipettes Cinnamon & Orange Bitters
